Please Help!!!

Hey guys,

Please see attached pics. I took my car to a body shop to take care of some things ... my car : 2022 bmw 335is convertible - n54.

After picking up the car, I tried to pass someone on the highway and it was slow as hell. Nowhere near the power I had before. Otherwise it drives perfect, but no power. Weird... then the half filled yellow engine light comes on.

I only have 10,500 miles on my car. I just took it to pep boys and they found fault lights and codes for almost everything in the car .

Anyone know wtf is going on?

Thanks.

Is the battery ok? Often a low battery can throw faults. Also, ditch that scan tool and use BMW spec diagnostics. It's the only way to see exactly what's going on...

Yes battery is good.... so when I start the car from off, it doesn't have the light until I'm driving and give it a WOT. then it goes on and stays on until I Shut off the car again.

I called the body shop, they said yet noticed car was overheating so they changed the water pump. They called and spoke to my wife... she's a gem, didn't tell me.
Anyway, I spoke to the guy at the shop. He says that if I use the tool to reset the faults, that it will work fine.

I'm wondering will it make my car regain it's power? Just resetting the freaking codes? REALLY?

thanks for the reply. Oh and that's not my tool is from pep boys... they scan for free. I'll try to order a bmw scanner next week for future use.
