335i fuel issue????
So I just bought a 2010 BMW 335i and I smell fuel heavily I seen something on YouTube that it could be the fuel filter/regulator assembly but also the fuel pressure in the rail says 49PSI when the ignition is switched on but the car off that's coming from the ecu i seen it should be anywhere from 55-75PSI should I replace the LPFP and regulator? thank you in advance.

If you start your car, what is the rail pressure at idle? It should be 700+ What about the LPFP at idle? This should be mid 70s. Also, has any maintenance been done to the car?

Car runs fine after it warms up, does sometime stutter, has a very bad cold start (rough idle) and I have to put the reader on it again and check the pressure with it started, whenever I put a reader on it the car says reduced power then I shut it off and restart it and it’s back to normal, but really after it warms up there really no issue I am pretty sure the car is tune because I see a aftermarket charge pipe and aftermarket intercooler.
