Cluster not Working after installing aftermarket apple carplay

Hopefully I can get some help here. I have a 2010 Bmw 335i e92 (N54) non-idrive so I bought an aftermarket apple car play setup from andream us. Had to make a hole in my dash and wire everything. It was working at first but then when I started driving my cluster stopped working. It lights up but none of my gauges work, Mph, Rpms, Oil temp, nothing. Scanned it for codes and I have alot of electrical related codes.

Just tried uninstalling everything and running the oem radio/audio system, still the same issue. Will check Battery next my guess is it took a shit or it isn’t strong enough to power all the electronics im adding to the car.

99% it is most likely battery. I had a similar issue installing mine. Good luck.

As said above . When working on these cars for extended periods it will drain the battery . But no instrument cluster could indicate a bad connection or blown fuse. Alsways check the voltage of the battery and alternator before you do anything on these.

Update I tested the battery and it was still good. I had a h6 70ah agm battery, decided to go to h8 95ah agm just because I plan on adding more stuff to the car in the future. Coded and registered I still have the same issue. Not sure where to go from here

If you mean the OEM instrument Cluster it's usually fuse 57 .
That also supplys the OBD connector with 12 volts
.
Have you measured the actual voltage at the OBD?

Does anyone have a picture of the wiring diagram for the connector that goes to the radio? I was able to narrow down my issue to the wire harness that was sent to me for the apple CarPlay. I was previously wrong, i no longer have issue when I use the original wire harness for radio. I only encounter my issues when using the aftermarket wire harness. It seems like they did a terrible job doing the wiring because my car also doesn’t want to go into sleep mode after I turn it off
