As far as I know it is still at the port of Galveston waiting on a car carrier.

Just talked to the Genius and they told me a carrier is assigned and should be at the dealer on 4/4 subject to change disclaimer. GrandcoupeD any update at your end. I assume next week you will get yours too. East Coasters keep drooling. LOL Just kidding, hope for a smooth fast sail.

it's interesting/annoying that the glovis captain dates keep slowly creeping out.. it was originally supposed to be in florida today 4/1 and now it's scheduled for 4/3... but the ship is so close... it must be like air traffic controllers dictating when ships can show up.. the ship is moving at 2 knots, and presently pointing at Cuba.. so it could clearly have gotten to the port on schedule.. they just must not be able to handle it...

Did not get a chance to call today. However, I know I should be at the port at least. It maybe few days after you as I am in Dallas. My wish is not to make the lease payment for my 330i and then take delivery of the 230 soon after. That would really suck! When I went to the dealership to make the order in January, they had a 230 and 240 at the port waiting for transport. He told me it would take about two weeks to get to Dallas. About two weeks later he texted me about purchasing the 230 at MSRP that had finally arrived. I didn't because I did not have the down payment to get the monthly down and there were a few options missing (parking assist and cognac seat). Im a teacher so if I'm going to pay for something it better be the way I want it as my money don't stretch far enough!! Don't feel sorry for me, come help me with those kids!!

Here are the video he sent, I ordered on Jan 31 and the 240 and 230 at port made it to Dallas on the 9th and 11th. Or maybe they were still on the lot on those days and he was baiting me.

https://www.walleniuswilhelmsen.com/schedules is a likely shipper for BMW, entered veracruz as departure, and newark as arrival. Looks like there may be 3 ships this month, although the results are fairly confusing.
4/20 Veracruz departure, 5/7 Newark arrival
4/20, 5/14
4/27, 5/21

A little obsession and a lot of googling and you'll probably find other schedules. You won't know until genius confirms your ship though, so up to you on the obsession part.

Disclaimer: I'm probably wrong on these dates, but hopefully this helps

One of my longest delays was from arrival at US port, to delivery at dealership. Took almost as long to find a truck as it did a boat.
Fingers crossed for no other delays!

Funny you asked. No call from dealer and when I talked to Genius they were shuddering, asking me if I called the dealer and what does the app say. They would not give me a straight answer. The app says at the port. I assume it is at the dealer and hope they don't sell it underneath me. Like someone walking in and giving them $5-10k over MSRP then telling me something like it was damaged during transport. They also need to PDI the vehicle and I hope that is the deal and tomorrow is my day. Please keep me posted with yours. Anyway it is raining here and severe weather my happen overnight, tomorrow will be a better day.

Same deal with the weather here in Dallas. I hope it doesn't hail down at the port as I'm sure the cars are uncovered. No word on mine today either. I plan on texting my guy tomorrow to see what the story is. I hope they don't do you that way. I signed a contract, hopefully you did as well and they honor that.

I never saw that step on my tracker. Went from at the port again, to at the dealership. Genius told me it was on the road, and would arrive a week before it actually left California.
