BMW 320d M47 burning oil

Hi! I have a 320d E91, on the cold start it’s giving a little puff of blue smoke and then it’s no more smoke. There is a visibile oil leak on the intercooler hose, the rubbered one, the car needs 1 litre every 1000-1500km. Could be the turbo? I checked the turbo and has a medium axial move. The car has DPF off. Can someone help me and give me some advice if it’s necessary to restore the turbo and this will stop burning oil? Or it could be someone else?
