Considering my first BMW (and the first car I've bought for myself in a while after 12 years of company cars). Really like wagons, and found this. CPO warranty will last another 20 months or so. They took $1k off the asking price and that lines up with the Edmunds TMV for the car as certified. Good deal or not? Should I get anything extended in terms of warranty? Service contract?

Extend the CPO warranty as long as you can. I think all would agree it's worth it.

It's well optioned. Sport, nav, etc.

I'd say $26,500-$27,500 is a good price. KBB puts the value higher, more around $29,300.
