Focal subs - anyone got em?
My car audio shop recommended these when I asked for replacement subs:
http://focal-america.com/product/ifbmw-sub/ Has anyone heard these subs in person, or do any of you have them? I ordered a pair but they are back ordered from France, might take months to get them. They said the first batch of 500 pairs sold really fast, now they're waiting for parts to fill orders, or something like that. My plan would be to install a separate amp to power the subs, replace the front and center speakers with focal IFBMW-Ss, leave the H-Ks in the rear and run all speakers but the subs off the factory H-K amp. |

you should consider deleting the rears, or running them at much lower power if you need to have them for rear seat passengers. you should also consider deleting the center channel. this frees up money to invest in better components, since stereo listening should be left and right channels only.

Isn't that price of 480 for a pair? - Anyway I hate it when companies don't specify important details like that on their website.
