I'm in GA but have called everywhere. BMW San Fran wants $5k for a BG, auto, carbon roof.

I can PM you if you want, but I should point out, I gave them a deposit in December then waited 4 months. They tried to back out of the deal and I held their feet to the fire before they backed down and honored their MSRP agreement. Glad they took the high road and did the right thing in the end, though it did cause me some grief.

I would just call every dealer, or email every sales manager for every dealer, and tell them the first dealer to agree to MSRP gets the sale.

A month ago BMW of Akron texted me and offered a M2 slot for MSRP. That's where I also got my CS. Cali dealers are ridiculous...

I told Buena Park bmw I would in this morning if they wanted to sell with a $2,500 adm and crickets is all I have heard.

BMW of Long Beach emailed me if I'm still in the market for M2 because ADM has been adjusted. You might want to check them out if you are willing to pay ADM.

If you're willing to drive to the bay area I know Peter Pan BMW for sure does MSRP and I was just in BMW Mountain View as well (they let me test drive an auto M2, which I wasn't expecting) and the CA said they want ADM but could get me MSRP.

I had an allocation for MSPRP at BMW of Valencia that I ended up passing on.

PM for CA, he was fair and communicative.

Call a Roger Penske-owned dealership, they're listed at the Penske website. No ADM as per company policy. I've dealt with several of his stores over the years, most ethical, best-run dealerships I've ever done business with.

That is very interesting, as the people at Santa Ana BMW didn't get that memo from the parent company.

Yeap! They asked for $20,000 over MSRP at the begining of the year. They justified saying it included ceramic coating inside and out. Clowns.
