Only one BMW dealership in the Nashville area. They are very knowledgeable and seem to care about the customer on the sales side. Only one time in shop for tire replacement after three weeks of ownership. Small bubble on side wall of the run flat tire. I wanted replaced because I was not real thrilled from a safety standpoint with having a bubble on the tire. To make a long story short they replaced the tire and billed the sales department. So far so good. I have extended maintenance thru April 2015 so not much to worry about til then. Then we shall see.
