weird nose when engine shut off (b58)

After some spirited driving I opened my hood and heard a weird sputtering sound, sounds almost like liquid bubbling/ leaking but I can’t find any visible leaks/ wet spots. Only happened for 30 seconds or so, so maybe it is ventilation system? It’s by the coolant side so I was thinking it was leaking that but I couldn’t seem to find where. Reminds me of the sound it does when bleeding the low temp circuit
