He said he was looking into new hardware but that was many months ago. Still no resolution, I believe. |

It’s not that dark. That was just a good angle looking down on the car so my black interior is making it look darker. Zoom in and look at the top of my drivers side window. You can just see the front window and see through it. Anyways, all sides and back was $450.

Sure your’s isn’t 65%, as it stops 65% of light, and only lets 35% in, This stuff really messes with my head! |

You have it backwards. The lower the % the darker the tint.

Very easy install. They come shaped oblong like the factory pipes. A couple squirts of silicone or WD40, a little pushing, and a little wiggling for the perfect fitment and you’re set. |

Tried to install my VRSF downpipe today, but it refused to come out from the mid pipe side. We tried everything including heating the pipe with a torch, loosening the rear muffler, etc. Very angry at the midpipe right now lol.

You need remove the mid-pipe bolt/hanger near the center of the car to allow for enough room to wiggle the downpipe out of the midpipe. No need for a torch, just shimmy it out.

Yea, I had removed that. I shook it as much as humanly possible. It’s just seized and I think removing the whole catback is the only solution at this point.

Mine was very difficult to remove as well. Got it moved just enough to fit a screwdriver in the back of the expansion slot where the two pipes meets and pried it off by wiggling the screwdriver back and forth. That was really the only difficult part.

Finally gave Redz a well-deserved bath after my road trip to Nashville. PPF and ceramic coating do wonders for reducing the bug cemetery on the front of the car. Took her out for a night on the town after. Love this car! Dinan Axle-back exhaust that just dropped getting installed at the end of August. Pretty pumped. Love the staggered tips look and the sweet sound. Akrapovic is still king, but not for my $ at that crazy high price. I don't care about titanium weight reduction.

I wouldn't be surprised if it did. $6700 is just too much for me to drop on it. Sounds amazing, but I think Dinan also did a great job with the exhaust that they just released for our G42. Plus there's something about Dinan and BMW.
