Looking for my next project

It's winter, I am bored, need a 335i project :-)

Please see my list below of what I have done to date. What's the next "add HP" mod I can do myself? Interested in exterior body/trim/light mods as well, and of course, rims. I have factory rims (see attached), looking to go black, gunmetal or greyish. My preference is to keep what I have since i recently had them repaired, and paint them.

Replaced Coils
Replaced Plugs
VRSF Performance Intake Kit
Replaced side marker lamps with smoked ones
Replaced/Upgrade charge pipe
OBD II Wifi Dongle
MHD Super License for N54
Gas and brake pedal covers
Replaced PCV Valve
Replaced front control arm bushings and front end alignment
Replaced front struts
Replace valve cover and gasket
Replaced valve cover and gasket
Upgrade Intercooler
Oil & Filter change
MHD Stage 2 V8
xHP tune transmission
VRSF 3" Cast Stainless Steel Catless Downpipes N54 V2
Replaced kidney grill with M color black
Replaced front yellow deflectors w/black ones
Cleaned and polished all 4 rims
Painted brake Calipers

Thanks in advance.

I'd pass on the painted wheels, gives off a cheap look imo.

I don't disagree. Been looking thru the Wheels forums for some "new to me" or actual new rims. Can't decide which ones I like.

Are you really using v8? I think it's the worst MHD map on there. It should be removed in my opinion. I haven't chatted to anyone who has had good results with it. Try V7 or V10 and you will never look back.

Also the stage "2" is for downpipes and no upgraded intercooler. You should go "2+" since you have both. If i recall "1+" actually makes more power than just the "2".

93 octane, not sure where I'd purchase anything else here.

I went to 2+ and sent my pulls to MHD. They are the ones who suggested going to V8 based on my pull #'s,

I still suggest going V7 or V10. It takes 2 minutes to flash and won't cost you anything. MHD makes the flash module, they do not make the maps. Companies like wedge and twisted tuning make the maps for MHD.
Try V7 or v10 for a day. If you don't like it then just flash back. I promise you won't go back to 8.

If I were you I'd go for more speed. Maybe look into MHD FlexFuel and port injection? Then bigger twins or a single?

Yes, I do, baby steps :-)

The install wiped out my xHP settings, oh well.

Lol baby steps for what? You should tune for the mods you have but no worries mate.

It cant Wipe them out as that's a different dme.
But yes they did make some changes within V10 for xhp. They do seem harder now. Let the car adjust then you may need to tweak the xhp side a bit. I am in the same boat.

Gotcha, then yes the correct map is 2+.

Map 1 is no bolt on upgrades but slight improvement
Map 1+ is upgraded intercooler
Map 2 is catless downpipes but oem intercooler
Map2+ is catless and upgraded intercooler.

MHD only flashes the DME module, not the TCU,

XHP flashes the TCU, if your settings are gone, you probably reset the settings within XHP.

It's a good idea to back up/import your custom settings to a file from XHP, that way even if you reset them, you can easily restore them.
