[Brooklyn M240i]

Hi,

As some may already know I placed an order a 2023 M240i in the end of August, near the 25th. I just got a text this morning from my SA that my car has landed at the dealership. I'm suppose to take delivery on Monday the 31st. In 2 months I went from order placed to delivered. I've attached some photos my SA sent me.

The BG exterior with red interior looks great!

Do you have any plans for modifications or are you keeping it stock?

During warranty I plan to keep the car stock as I don't want to void it. I may do some cosmetic interior/exterior upgrades. For example, the new carbon spoiler design from the G87 M2. After warranty I may do a JB4 tune, intake, and exhaust.

First, congrats on such a speedy delivery...and what a beauty! I really like the red interior.

I really wanted the red interior; however, TN was the main reason I began this journey, and I could not pull the trigger on TN with red interior.

I feel that, I really liked TN but I liked red interior more and I also couldn't do TN and red interior. In my opinion the exterior colours that look good with red interior were BG, BSM, and White and I went with BG bc I think BSM and White is basic.

Main thing is to find a dealer with a valid open allocation that YOU can snag. Too often folks place a order without verifying a valid open allocation. Thus it can be 2-3 months before they even get an allocation assigned.

Agreed look for dealer that has the allocation. If you don’t it will be a bit of a wait to even get the process started. 6 months to get a car seems ridiculous but that’s what’s going on.

Congrats buddy, I have the same color combo and get compliments all the time. Gray on red is solid, I had the combo on my S2000 years ago.

Thank you, I can't wait for tomorrow, it's going to be a great day! I already know when I see it I'm person I'm going to fall in love. Also, that would be so clean on an S2000.

I took delivery on 9/21 and still look forward to every drive. It is 100% worth the wait.

I still regret selling this car. It was a MY00 bought in 2004 with 18k miles for $22k. Now, they are selling for double and are double the age/miles. Not as nice as BG IMO, but it was a nice gray.
