Exclamation Worlds First... N54 Single Turbo Dynojet Result (Vishnu Procede tuned)

I know I said I was going to wait until we get electronic boost control before hitting the dyno. But curiosity got the best of me

Still had 1/4 tank of 6 month old fuel in the tank so I filled up 94oct from the Super Station in Sunol. So I'd say it's running a 93oct mix or thereabouts. Running a manual boost controller for now which doesn't give me the tune-ability I need to squeak out max power. But so far we are off to a good start. Still keeping things VERY rich (10.x:1 up top). But with with some AFR tuning and no boost taper up top, I think we can legitimately hit 500whp on pump gas NO METH.

CF: 1.00 (STD corrected numbers are actual numbers)
Smoothing set to ZERO

93oct pump gas (PWM meth OFF) @ 17.5psi tapering to 16.5psi:

When we enabled PWM meth and bumped up boost (with the silly MBC) slightly. The extra boost with more aggress ignition timing curve picked up ~35whp. And we still aren't at the sweet spot of the turbo

93oct pump gas (PWM meth ON) @ 19.5 tapering to 18.5psi:

And no sign of fuel system limitation yet. 100% stock DME.

On meth, we'll probably run 20-21psi of boost on the street once we enable Procede boost control. And with some AFR tuning, I suspect we can make a DAILY DRIVEN 550-560whp. And after that, we hope to hit the magic 600hp mark with race gas, more boost, another MAP sensor and some other tricks.

Shiv

I know it is probably a little early to answer this, but what will a kit like this cost?

What's the baseline on this dyno? Why STD now when you've always recommend UNCORRECTED? Mind posting uncorrected numbers as well

I made 471whp uncorrected, 472whp STD on a conservative dynojet on pump gas, Cobb with RBs...this was on a dyno where my car baselined 282whp with FBOs, the one you dynoed on up here but you know that...

That's a slow ass curve down low below 4.5k rpm but i guess you're saying that can be dealt with once procede is controlling boost...power up top is awesome!

yada yada yada, CONGRATS! Good stuff, hopefully you'll have enough fuel to push these to 600!

Please read my original post. CF was 1.0 today (~75f shop temps). STD corrected numbers are the same as UNCORRECTED/ACTUAL numbers.

My stock car baselined at ~270-275whp on this dyno.
