Pics of 285's on the rear?

Looking at new wheel/tire setups and think I might go with 285/30R19's in the rear. The highish offset and the fact that it's a pre-LCI E90 should allow for this.

Anyone have pictures of 285's in the rear?

More specifically, anyone have pictures of 285's on a 10" wide wheel? I hate the tire stretched over the wheel look and am hoping this doesn't look too bad.

How does the 330 compare to the 335 in terms of space/track width?

Any fender rolling required?

Have any pictures of the stretch?

Have to roll with spacers. No need without them. They have the same track width.

Good info, thanks! Do you know how much you were able to space them out before they rubbed without rolling the fenders? My offset is 3mm more than yours but a 285 is a little wider.

I would say at the most 5mm without rolling on 285

I have 19x9.5 ET35 on the rear of my car with 275/30-19.
I'm running Falken tires. No rubbing.
Could go to a 285 or even a 295 if they made one.

Spacers? What suspension? About how much room do you have before rubbing the fender.

No spacers.
Sport suspension with Bilstein B8 shocks.
Not even close to rubbing on a pre-LCI.
On a pre-LCI with ET35 offset you can get a 285 on the rear with no rubbing, even with fat folks in the back.

So you think an ET33 with 285 would be okay?

Probably. I know it would fit on my car.
The 2mm difference between an ET33 and ET35 can't make that much difference.

Got any pics? I'm curious what the stretch/bulge looks like with a 275 on a 9.5" wheel. I hate the stretch look. I want the sidewall to be straight or with a slight bulge.

Don't have any pics.
No stretch. The sidewalls are straight.
I hate the stretch look also.

For a 19x8.5 and a 19x9.5
A 235 or 245 for the front and a 265-285 rear will not have a stretch.

There's no way. That's a tall tire, an aggressive offset, not to mention you're lowered.

You would need to roll or maybe even a pull.

Well I pulled the trigger on the wheels and tires. The rears are M359 19x10 et38 with Hankook V12 285/30R19. They fit easily without fender rolling, no rubbing. In fact I might be getting a small spacer to push them out a little bit more. I'm thinking 5mm but that might initiate rubbing. Also thinking of going with some 295's.

Fronts are 19x9 245/35R19 and also fit easily without rubbing. They could also use a spacer.

Update: The rears rub ever so slightly on big bumps with people in the rear. A little fender rolling and it will be good to go.
