Rust around the front top mounts

Hello everyone , ive just noticed that there is some rust around the passangers side front top mounts . Do you know if this is covered by the 12 years rust warranty ?

Doubt it. That looks like surface rust. All paintwork warranties I've ever seen only cover rusting from the inside out.

That is just surface rust - has the car had any body repairs done??

Looks a bit like grinding 'dust' to me following crash repair.

Nope bought her from a bmw dealer , totally hpi clean and never had any body repairs done
