Any one able to share some insight / Advice

Car is flashed with MHD v1.6 Stage 0 Stock (95RON).

Couple days ago went to start started up and stalled Check engine light appeared after previously driving the car a few hours earlier.

After this i have received numerous codes.

As per images below all codes thrown.

I removed MHD completely and flashed back to stock did not change anything.

I have since cleared the codes and they have not come back since but i have a real bad rough idle and feels like i do not have full acceleration.

Any advice/ experience with similar issue as i had the valve tronic servo motor replaced 4000KM ago and the DME short circuit at that time and this was replaced too, at the same time the comfort access module and FRM modules where replaced not looking to through anymore money at this
