Thanks! Pretty much stock, and likely only doing a few cosmetic things in the future. But can't complain!

The spot is SO random...all the normal spots were taken, and saw this and didn't even know if it was a parking spot. I parked and then asked an employee who was helping with drive-through orders and they confirmed it is, in fact, a parking spot.

Yet, almost no one bangs/dings another car. People take care of their cars and respect other cars. You don’t see cars with trash and food wrappers inside even in the poorest areas.

I couldn't agree more. As a fellow international citizen, I can confirm that this is truly a concern for Americans... Kind of a shame, to be honest. In EU and APAC countries, parking next to a 20-year-old dirty car still wouldn't be much of a concern, but here in the States, I can almost guarantee that the owners of a 20-year-old dirty car would open the door carelessly and give you a big ding.
