Anyone has real photos of the G87 on Metallic Brooklyn Grey showing the blue or red calipers? If you would to order, which color would you choose and why?

Truthfully, I do not think you can go wrong with either one. Obviously the red calipers are more bold as they will stand out more on BG, therefore making the blue calipers the more subtle choice.

I was hung up on this myself for my G42. My wife asked me, "What's your personality more like." I answered blue, as my brother-in-law law is a redhead and always 100 and wild, and if you look in my closet, 75% of my clothes are some shade of blue. She said that she agreed and suggested I go with the blue.

Not sure if this helps, but figured I would share my personal experience.

I ended up with a 2022 M240xi BG and blue calipers.

The red stands out the the car better and makes it look more sporty for sure.

All good, thanks for sharing. I asked my mother for her input. Asked her, mom picture this scene, you are at a light stop waiting for the green light, suddenly you see this BG G87 stopping next to you, someone opens the dark window and Surprise! Its me!!! The question for her: what caliper color you saw the car? LOL. She said red. I think I was hoping she said blue. I do like the blue vibes. Going back and forth with this one. (First world problem, jajaj).

Btw, could you share a picture?

Depends on the interior choice too, IMO.

If Cognac, I'd go with blue as it is more complementary.
If Black leather w/blue stich, I'd go with blue.
If M-colors... up to you.

I find red can make BMWs look cheaper if there are already too many conflicting colors on the car, but that's just my opinion.

This is coming from a guy who paid $1000 extra for black calipers on a Macan in lieu of red. I also loved the grey calipers on my old M2C.

Here is what I have on my phone, just let me know if you want a better side pic. It's overcast and raining in Pittsburgh right now, but could get you a different angle tomorrow or Friday when the suns back out.

I'm dead torn in between both colors. The red does stand out more and it matches the red of the tail lights, but then again the paint has some blue in it, so the blue matches that too...

Idk, the thing is, they both look good

I ordered mine with Red. The black/grey/red colour scheme works well IMO.

Exclamation

Just a friendly thread bump as this poll certainly could use some additional votes.

The one from Joe Achilles a few posts above is brilliant. Considering changing my order from BSM to BG but in two minds.

Here is 2 pics pics with the calipers in it and also took a pic with the kid car seats in the back to show the room. I'm 5'10" and can stand in the back foot area and lean forward to put them in. I was pretty surprised with the room back there because it doesn't appear that big.

I agree the red pops more. It is a difficult decision between the two, but it will look great with either color, so there is no wrong choice!

Same. Red is associated with Brembo I feel like and thus red calipers are just always accepted as a sporty look
