Are these remanufactured index 12 injectors reliable?

This is hard, because you'll have the FCP LRG. But I think I'd shell out for the new ones as you can almost guarantee no problems.
Chasing down leaking injectors can be hard if they aren't leaking badly. But they can still do some damage.
It's about risk. You'd probably be OK with refurbed. But with an N54, I personally prefer making sure as many things are updated as possible so when you're chasing issues, you can eliminate some things quickly.
