NGK or Delphi Coils?

I am going to change the coils of my N55 E92 and my mechanic has recommended me to install NGK coils instead of Delphi.
Do you have any opinion about this?
I currently have bosch spark plugs and original BMW coils, what is the best combination?

Thanks

I run Delphi coils with NGK one step colder plugs. Bought them from FCP euro cost $200 for both coils and plugs. Im MHD stage 2+ roughly 500 HP. If you're not running a tune then honestly it doesn't really matter, either or will work just fine.

I don't see these talked about much but i run the Dinan coils that advertise up to 10% more energy over stock. They run about $28 each and comes in 3 different colors. I have been running them for about 4000 miles with the one step colder NGK's and have had no issues with them.

+1 for Dinan, we never had any issues with their coils

NGK nor Dinan were tested by still good info. FWIW, the Dinan coils are made by MSD, another subsidiary of Holley. Dinan/MSD claims they have more energy than Eldors

My recommendation is Delphi (couldn't find the white top so I used the black top coil), but make sure to change all of them at the same time.

Ditch everything you know. Go with Eldor.
