325d Headlight too low

Hello,

Today I went to the garage before my yearly check-up.
My headlight on the right is too low, while already at its max height. I can still manually adjust it up and down. Yet, once it reaches it max up, it goes down a couple inches in 1 twist, it needs to be higher but I don't know what happened why it suddenly thinks it's his max height.

My left is at level.

What can be wrong?
Thanks ahead!
