Question regarding picking 330e or 320i (Both B48)

Hi everyone , im planning to get F30 soon , so here to seeks everyone opinions which should i get

Both of them were using B48 and zf8 gearbox
but 330e is plug in hybrid and with a nicer interior (newer m sport steering , sun roof, black leather top)

320i doesn't has plug in hybrid , old m steering ,beige leather top and no sun roof.

The price is almost same , and i stay in a condo which doesn't has a charger for the hybrid

Which one your guys will choose 330e or 320i if you doesnt has a charger for the car?

If you don’t have access to a charger there’s no point in getting the 330e.

Find a 330i. You could even look for a 430i Gran Coupe.

330e has dramatically more power. I’d go for that and try to charge it at work or something. Also, I believe the 330e functions as a traditional hybrid as well? But if that aspect isn’t super important, you should consider 330i/430i as well.

It’s better if you have at home charging but can work as a non plug in hybrid as well with regen braking and give you some EV only range even without charging. If you’re getting an EV like a Tesla or i4 then yes you probably want at home charging as well for the best experience.

Don’t think it actually has more combined hp than gas only version and is slightly slower to 60 actually but might have more initial pickup due to instant electric torque off the line. Power to weight might be slightly less due to weight if batteries.

F30 330e has combined power rating of 248hp/310lb-ft, 320i is 180/200. Car and Driver has the hybrid about a second faster to 60.

I was comparing to 330i. We don’t get 320 here in the states.

We got the F30 N20/26 320i. When BMW switched the EU 320i to the B46/48 we didn’t get that motor in the U.S.
