For the record, when you opt for the manual option, you are restricted from adding Active Cruise Control or Remote Engine Start..

G42 has 5DN - Parking Assistant Plus. Guessing G42 built for a different customer and M4 more attractive if 360 is a must.

The current G42 order guide states that EOP for the 360 camera was Sept '22. (Though that appears to be fluid at the moment, as cars are still being built with it)

Red with CF roof, will be awesome. Put some after market CF spoiler, diffuser and lip; You get a very cool aggressive look at a decent price.

Doesn't seem like it. Not sure why they call it full merino then. Unless they use the term full since I assume the back seats get merino as well?

The whole purpose of the M2 is build a M car that's more engaging to drive. That's catered towards driving enthusiast. BMWs goal was not to cheap out on the M2. The reasoning for the price for the M2 is because of the cheaper materials on the inside, and also smaller footprint, which also reduction of cost.

It does not cost BMW anything to tune an engine at a particular horsepower rating. The reasoning that the M4/M3 are more expensive is because they have created an expensive design and they are bigger cars and also they are offering individual colors. I wouldn't be surprised if BMW M put more hours into development on the M2 to make sure that it was going to carry the brand. BMW knows that the M4/M3 are now big cars for what they are.
