Dyno day

Just left Carma Performance in Nashville. They had a dyno day today using their dyno dynamics dyno. This dyno has been nicknamed the heartbreaker because it reads very low. It was 88 degrees out today. Mods are in my sig. I was running 25/75 e85/93 with 90/10 meth. I was running a 70 add on the jb4 which is 19.5 peak. The great thing about the g5 board is that boost does not taper as much as the g4 or other tunes. I was holding 17 to redline. I put down 406rwhp/480tq. I would say this is close to 450/530 on a dynojet. Baseline was 257/283 The last time I dynod on this dyno I put down 355/385 then went to a dynojet and put down 407/455. All I those previous dynos were on the 18ohm jb4 and 93 oct, no e85. I will head to another dynojet soon and shoot for the stock turbo record. Dyno files will be posted as soon as The shop emails them to me. Other people were pretty disappointed about their low numbers, but not me this time.

Sick numbers considering the baseline, log with current setup and dyno sheet would be great.

I did my baseline on a dyno dynamics. 230 whp (4th Gear Pull). The Owner mention the reason for the lower readings, aka heart-breaker is due to the smaller drums. compared to a Dyno Jet, they are bigger drums, thus once they get moving, it takes less power to keep them moving, thus higher read out. It made sense to me.

The delta is all i am concerned with.... next month.

I don't see sig on the app but are these on stock turbos running at 19.5PSI?

At the end of his post he states he's shooting for the stock turbo record so I would assume he's running stock turbos

Stock turbos. 19.5 peak 17 to redline. Sorry guys but my laptop died and didn't get logs. I'll pull some tomorrow with the same setup so you all have a reference.

As promised. Attached are the dynos from my dyno day Sunday. baseline was 257/283. JB4 G5, 25/75 e85/93, 90/10 meth 70 additive on Map 3, 88 degrees out. It did 406/480, so that's 149 hp/197 tq increase. Not bad!
