Vishnu/Procede Rev 3 Initial Review

Hey guys, So I recently sold my 328 and got a 335 about 2 weeks ago, and I knew I had to get it tuned after reading the posts on the forums, so after some lurking on the forums I made my decision.

I decided to go with vishnu since they are right down the street for me, and I'd prefer to deal with someone local since I am new to the whole tuning scene; the reviews on the forums also help me solidify my choice .

So at first we ran into some problems with the car misfiring , Robert and Garrett were great with explaining what needed to be done and guiding me in the right direction. After a few attempts we finally got the problems addressed.

Today we finally got everything installed and I went with on a quick little drive with Robert and all I can say is WOW .. Robert did the initial pull and it kicked me back into my seat, After that I was like a little kid with the biggest smile on my face, I was ready to get in the drivers seat.

Initial Thoughts:
The drive back to work was possibly the best 10 minutes I've spent in any car, the pull is consistent from 2,500 rpms and up. It keeps you pushed back in your seat, and just seems like its never ending. I've only had everything installed for about 6 hours; but it's quite possibly the best decision I could have made, also the user interface in the dash is amazing and easy to use.

All in all it was a great choice and I couldn't be happier with my decision, sure I ran into a few speed bumps with getting it installed, but It was well worth it. Robert and Garrett are great to work with; I know I will be coming back to add some more things to the car. Personally I don't think you could go wrong with vishnu.

Now all I can do sit back and be in awe

Ill make sure to periodically give updates as time goes by.

Glad that you enjoy the new power! What had to be done to correct the misfiring?

My spark plugs needed to be replaced, I had the dealer just swap them out for me.

Wow you are lucky to live so close to Vishnu. You need to ask Shiv to give you a ride in his single turbo 335. It made me literally pee my pants

Also love the color choice of you car AW/FR is so bad azz.

I saw his car parked outside, I was tempted to ask for a ride. I'm going to get some more stuff within the next month. I'm going check it out soon !

It's been a while since I gave rides/hotlaps. The time is good now since the passenger seat is back in!

It totally transforms your car huh? I switched to bypass stock map 0 the other day and it just felt so boring. Really worthwhile upgrade, especially since the power is so easy to modulate. Do you have an automatic or manual?

Oh ya it totally turns it into another beast, I have an automatic. What map do you usually run?

I run my Procede on map 1. Map 2 is for meth, and 3 is the naturally aspirated map. Unless you want to tool around with the wastegates open (no boost), Map 1 is our only option.

Update---------- 07/27/12

So I added vishnu's DCI today, and I must say anyone who doesn't have a DCI needs one NOW! You can immediately tell the difference, and the sound of those turbos spooling is

Also the car runs great, I have a few buddies with 335i's who absolutely love the car after driving it; and are going to vishnu to get themselves a set in the coming weeks. I have yet to see a person who doesn't approve !

And I want more power, So I spoke to Garrett while he was doing to the install, and it looks like I'm going with a power package that they have. Gonna add on:

ETS FMIC
AP Downpipe
Vishnu's Chargepipe
&
AE dual exhaust

I'm just waiting on a number back from robert so I can decide when im going to pull the trigger.

If anyone has any insight or advice on these upgrades please let me know, I'm really interested to get your opinion on these!
