Selling partly assembled built N54 engine. PLR Performance Engines have assembled the crank, rods, pistons and head. All other parts required to complete the engine build come with the engine. Price is $12,000 plus freight.
Head
The head has been ported, cleaned, valve seats cut, spring tensions checked, holes between the PCV and intake ports have been threaded and plugged for the use of catch can and new valve guide seals installed. The flow results are shown below (bottom) with others (top) for comparison.




Standard OEM head bolts have been used. New hydraulic lifters, camshaft ledge bolts and vanos unit bolts are included.




Parts for completing the head installation



Bottom End
Bore size is 84.5mm. JE pistons, Carillo rods and ACL Main and Rod bearings.

Parts for completing bottom end of engine. Included are new aluminum bolts, crankshaft hub bolt, grip disks for chain gears and gaskets. Oil pump has only done 500km.
