Does anyone know how I could get my original ECU file off my ECU now, even though I'm on a MHD OTS map?

Basically, my phone got stolen and it was the only thing containing a backup of my original bin file. I attempted to remote to the phone but the thief has the phone off or swapped the sim.

A friend told me I could somehow flash cobb, then make a backup but the process did not make much sense and I I didn't want to press the issue with him, cause he was busy.

Use mhd to "return to stock" then click backup ecu.

I'm pretty sure that's just a generic .bin file though and not the true ecu/dme backup.

the mhd flash back to stock builds it based off the latest updates and maps for your vin so its basically the same as what your backup was, unless your backup was old.
