I just saw a reddit post with Canadian dealership pricing sheet for new M3 Comp. $208k Canadian so about $153 US.
20K Canadian for ppf and 6k for tire insurance are among the add-ons. There is market adjustment as well.

Median salary is roughly $70k/yr USD in Dubai. Many of the "very poor" are migrant works sent over from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc., that work in construction and low paying service jobs.
