I am looking for a replacement amp for the Alpine upgrade kit. Alternatively are there any places that repair these amps?

That's a pretty rare amp in the states. I'd check eBay in other countries; Lithuania seems to have a ton of BMW parts though I'm not sure if some are listed on the US store and some you'd have to search their region's eBay for.

Edit: Just searched eBay for "e90 alpine amplifier" and there are 4 or 5 readily available in the $200-300 range. That's your best bet IMO.
