Vishnu/FFTEC & LTBMW Creaminz
First of all hugh thanks to Robert, Shiv@Vishnu & Sean@FFTEC for their supports and making this Vishnu/FFTEC single turbo conversion happen before the Bimmerfest. Also LTBMW for squeezing me in between their tight schedule for the install to be done, shop is going crazy due to the Bimmerfest...
So the kit arrived at LTBMW on Tuesday morning. Rene@LTBMW did the installation, only problem was since this was very first kit that ever shipped out there were no instructions on how to install the kit. This is where Sean@fftec gave us hugh help over the phone & numerous texts, he even sent me an email containing key things to look during the install which helped quite a bit. Both Shiv & Sean provided with me best possible customer service I could ask for. During the installation Rene found out that my oil pan gasket was leaking as well as water pump & thermo stat had to be replaced. After the install Rene told me how well designed this kit truly is, everything bolts up perfectly, he also pointed out the welding job they did was superb. He feel confident this is definitely something experienced tech can do within a day for installation. Fitment was dead on. LTBMW - Creaminz It's always nice to see checklist, personally checked by their tech before shipping to make sure we don't run into problems during the installation. You are looking at 600rwhp Size does matter... Yes that is an actual iPhone New downpipe looks beautiful Here is better shot of the heat wrapped manifold Installed shot Whoosh!! Rene & Ivan...Teamwork baby!! Test fitting turbo So LTBMW finished installing the kit last night around 1 am, car started right up...well....we had to recharge the battery but once that was taken care of, car fired up right away with no weird engine lights, no idle problem, na da. Car actually sounds bit quiet now compare to TT setup which I like. Sounds like Supra but has nice deep bassy tone to it. Idle is perfect, I gave couple revs and rpm rises up effin' fast, can't wait to test it on the road. So after the bimmerfest I am going to take a trip up north for Shiv to fine tune the car = Some dyno footage for you guys ! For now I am running on PROcede Rev3 regular Stage 3 map. I will update this thread as we do more testing on the car. Track footage, drag footage, dyno, Mexico runs...they are all coming soon! I will try to get some video for you guys to see tonight Again, hugh thanks to Shiv@Vishnu, Robert@Vishnu, Sean@FFTEC for their unbelievable support and to the best of the best LTBMW Long, Ivan, Rene for doing the install for me during the busiest week of the year. You shouldn't post that checklist, BMS will have their kit out a few months sooner because of that
I think that it would have been nice to have the exhaust manifold coated as opposed to heat wrapped. As far as I know, heat wrapping an exhaust manifold isn't good for the manifold's life. And it would have looked better for Bimmerfest The air filter looks kind of small...like smaller than the stock filter area ? All this aside, I am glad that the single turbo thing finally took off...hopefully a twin-scroll setup with boost coming sooner in the RPM range will come soon...

I really hope your car was not the grey one with that idiotic looking rear bumper and stooooopppidddd exhaust. If so, way to rice out the car noob, it's not a civic your driving ya know. If that wasn't yours I take back my comment.

Wow you have one of the sickest BMW's I've seen on these forums in general. Looks and performance, can't wait to see what you do next!
