that was a chore. my 1st time using cquartz and wishing i had used optimum gloss coat instead. optimum is a much quicker process, less time wiping off, & faster flashing.

What made you decide on Cquartz? I did a full paint correction on my M5 before applying two coats Gyeon Mohs. I haven't had a chance to really see how the product performs. I tried a couple of tests and it seems to be performing really well. How is the cquartz performjng?

i don't have a good reason for choosing cquartz and if i had to do it again i'd use Optimum Gloss Coat because its a faster process. i assume that these products are all pretty similar... based on my visual memory i think the look of the cquartz w/ gliss and optimum gloss coat are pretty much the same.

Anyone has experience with Gyeon Pure? I'll be picking up my car through the European Delivery and I want to see if there is a coating I can quickly apply that can protect my car while I'm there and during transit back from Germany.
I need something that I can apply in an hour or so in a single step.
Thanks.

The issue isn't the time it takes to apply. You could very easily put a number of coatings on in an hour. Problem is you need to prep the surface then it needs to cure. I think the minimum time to accomplish all that would be 12-15h.
