Spotify is officially built into the radio. It's a stand alone app that you can download or it comes preinstalled from BMW. All you have to do is login, then it's independent from your phone.

yes, of course.. Sirius zonks you

2 of our vehicles we pay SiriusXM ~ $15-18 month. Our lightly used Mustang we pay only $6 month after threatening to cut it out

Now BMW is running low on the RAM chips so most vehicles being built with Sat Radio prep only. And the not the promised built-in SiriusXM therefore a lousy $350 credit

Dealer spec, it's their first G42, but I get it in November. The weird thing, at least with my car, is that nothing matches regarding standard features. The ordering guide doesn't match the invoice, wich doesn't match the MyBMW, which doesn't match the online VIN decoder LOL. I asked my CA to look into this, he verified a few things and for others say this is common and not to worry. He assures me the car will be equipped as the build guide states when it comes in, minus anything deleted from the factory like Sirius.
