240i Xdrive have torque vectoring & limited slip?

I'm seriously considering the G42 240i and it will be my first awd BMW.

Can anyone confirm if this xdrive model will have torque vectoring and an actual m-limited slip?

M Sport Differential is standard on M240i (US and Canada)
