Interesting design detail. They seem very minor for an increased tire size. They don’t even list the M Sport Pro Package for the M240i on the build your BMW Canada website.Just noticed that they were also shown on the M240i in England.

I thought the 1 series was more special than the 2 series. I owned both.

I find the G 2 series will be what I wanted the F series to be all along.

When you select the cooling and high performance package on the US build your own website it shows the added fender lips.So they must be a standard feature for all markets if you select that package.

Yeah, old dog but looks like a bummer. Take the badge of the new one and you probably gonna mixed it up with a Kia.

Nuluxe is the best imitation leather.

Regardless, LOL @ get a luxury car with fake materials. Call me old fashioned but nothing will replace the feel and smell of organic materials like leather, wood, metal, etc. I’m not about to spend all that coin to sit on plastic seats because the automakers wants to cut costs.
Agree but BMW low end leather sucks and you're better off with the Sensatec. Pretty awesome there are a few colours now but unfortunately no red.

i feel like this car has soooo much of its own personality! the grill and headlights are unique to any other BMW right now and the power dome in the hood and wide rear fender arches are perfect!

You can't get lumbar support with the sensatec. Explain that one too me?

My question would be whether 490 is leather only. I think that's a more likely SensaTec limitation if there is one.

Guide here:
https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...26&postcount=1
Since the pricing guide doesn't even show 490 and ZLF I can only go by what the online configurator is showing me, and every time I add leather it adds lumbar support for driver, deletes it for passenger (+$350, -$175), and every time I go back to sensatec it deletes the lumbar support. And if you try to add lumbar as a stand alone it automatically upgrades you to vernasca.

Also, can't get vernasca in cognac, the best color of vernasca there is. Another stoopid option move. Especially with a black exterior, which is best for this car since they did the side skirts and back bumper cover in an uneven weird black pattern.

I got ambient lighting with SensaTec in my Z4 even though I couldn't add it on the website but I have a feeling lumbar support with G42 SensaTec is not possible. Try asking your store to ask BMW about adding MAPQ if you want Cognac leather. Offered in other markets.

That sounds like passenger lumbar delete. Does passenger width delete make the passenger seat narrower? Or does it delete adjustable side bolsters?

MAPQ is no longer available for the 2/3/4 series. At least that is how it is in Canada.

Same concept. My understanding is lumbar support & adjustability will be added to the driver side with the passenger side left unchanged. I think what we see on the website is a somewhat literal interpretation of the factory coding.
