RWD M240i release date?

Anyone knowcwhen we can expect release of the RWD M240? I have an x-drive M340 but I think I miss the tail happy fun of the RWD platform.

I feel like I saw an article that it would be late next year for the rwd m240i and the xdrive 230i.

No manual option for either I believe it said.

I'm with you, man...in the interim I ordered myself a 230i until the six-piston version comes out! Though, to answer your question, I do not know. My guess in for next model year, COVID supply notwithstanding. I'd guess if the M240iX is out, should be easy to build them without all those heavy bits up front.

thanks for posting info...urgh,

If this is true, August 2022 is almost one year away. Its why I ordered 230i vs M240ix, I want RWD only

Well, my lease is up in August so perhaps this is a sign. Wonder what they mean by new instrument panel.
