The Greenville/Spartanburg, SC Thread.
The South Carolina thread was getting a little crowded, but there were several members from the GSP area posting up.
Considering we make BMWs here, if you've been to GSP you know BMWs are on every street corner. So, if you're in GSP/Simpsonville area, sound off in this thread. The goal of this thread is to support our local BMW brethren. Some examples of this include: * Arranging meets * Offer tips & tuning advice * Help with DIYs * Part swaps & sales * Share good deals we've found locally on parts, cars, or maintenance services There's plenty of us here; let's take advantage of the knowledge we have as a collective group. |

In the spirit of this thread, I'll start the ball rolling:
I have the following items FREE to local members: * Injen 335i/N54 intake (missing p/s relo bracket) GONE * Stock E92 kidney grilles Post up if you need/want these; first-come, first-serve. Last edited by terryd5150; 04-27-2017 at 06:15 PM.. |

Would I be able to buy the new bracket for the intake somewhere? I would pick it up for my 535i.

Anybody recommend a good paintless dent repair shop? The hail storm that passed through last night did a number on my car and I want to weigh my options.
Thanks, D |

On a different note, I've got a manual gearbox out of a totalled 2008 135i with 74k or so miles on it. I drove the car around the lot before I pulled the box and it shifts great. I just want to make room in my garage - $150 takes it. Not shipping at this time.

They call it the "336 bracket"; it's around $50 if I remember correctly. I'm not sure if the intake fits the 535i, though. You may want to check the PNs on Injen's website and see if they're the same |

I'm short on garage space at the moment, but I still might like to have that. |

I am in Seneca but work in the Greenville area. Cars and coffee usually has a great turnout. Maybe we could do that and then grab some lunch. I know a couple other guys in Greenville with 335s. I may pick up that intake if you still have it!

Hello my friends. This is my first post I think on here period. I am a newbie to the Bimmer scene but already wildly in love with my car. 2009 335i E90 Sedan. Nothing I have ever driven in my past of cars comes anywhere close to feel and smile this car puts on my face. Looking forward to meeting some of you guys! While I have everyone's ears do any of you have a walnut blasting kit or know someone who does the service at a reasonable price!?

Great to see a nice group forming locally. Just moved to the area about a month ago from Raleigh, NC. The cars and coffee had a great turnout down here. I definitely plan to go next month.
Terry thanks for the freebies... But I have an LCI N55 and a BMS already so it's a no go for me, but I'm sure someone will take it off your hands. If anyone needs an extra set of hands, I like to tinker on my car and may be able to help out. |

I’m in simpsonville. I have a 11 335i. Had it for a few years but haven’t really messed with it much other than wheels. Looking to start doing some mods including turbo upgrade soon. Anyone in here from simpsonville or close by.? Also anyone know how to code care to give me a lesson on it?

I picked up some parts from TheLeusOne over the the summer and his F30 made me question my commitment to the E9x body style. Lol. Plenty of experience with the N54 & N52, though. I'm in Simpsonville, too (West Georgia Rd.); if you're going to do any DIYs any time soon, lmk. Last edited by terryd5150; 12-22-2017 at 04:18 PM.. |

I’ll hopefully be doing some mods very very soon. I need to give her a really good detail in the near future. I just need to get me pressure washer running though.
