2022 bmw m240i leaking under car

hey guys, new to this forum
i recently just purchased a new 2022 m240i.
however i noticed recently that there is some sort of leakage coming from under the car, near the end of the engine compartment.
i've been doing some research online, and some are saying that this could be condensation from the AC, which is normal.
but is it normal for new cars to do this?
just want to gauge into what your thoughts are or if it could be something else other than condensation.
kindly provide your input. thanks.

My 330i has this. Not the same car but the same as what you describe.

Probably AC condensation, smell the liquid to make sure it's not oil. Does it evaporate or stain the driveway?

New or old, if the A/C is operating, it will create condensation that must be drained. Just one of the unwritten laws of modern a/c.

This.

It’s your AC and is 100% normal for all cars.

Thank you all for your kind input! That gives me some peace of mind. I was concerned since this is such a new car thought it was a lemon for a second.
