"Emotion start" on BMWs?

I know AMG (and "AMG-lite") Mercedes models have something called an "emotion start" where you can start the car with the exhaust valves open and in sport mode. Does the M240i have a similar feature?

How about switching accessories on press button without brake. Switch to sport plus. Then hit brake and start up car...dont know if it will hold the setting and or start up with flap open. My car hasnt arrived. The hated m235i gc starts up with bubble and pops.

I feel like it kinda already does this? every time I start my car it's pretty loud and when the exhaust is hot after a drive, starting it makes the exhaust burble too.

Yeah, with the g42 M240i, it does this by default all the time.

Mine too. Especially when starting after the engine was warmed up, it sounds good and get a few burples

No real between difference starting regularly and putting it in sport+ then starting. All sounds the same

I think if you hold down the start button while starting it burbles more on start than if you just quickly press it to turn on.
When the car is warmed up I go Sport Plus then hold down start button for the best pops

When the car is cold - don't bother makes no difference
