It’s a known issue with these engines of the timing chain getting stretched. You will have to replace it and timing chain guides. I believe the timing chain is at the front of the engine so it won’t require engine out to replace.

Yea i know it’s a know issue and im going to keep an eye on it but i would like to know how people think it sounds currently

It doesn't sound bad. Replace the tensioner, which was revised in 2016. It's not expensive nor difficult.
