BMW OEM Sheepskins
Hi guys
How are you all going - hope your week is going well. I notice that some BMW parts sites show you can get OEM sheepkins for M Sport seats - front I'm talking about. Has anyone got them and any idea on cost? At the moment I have some side airbag safe ones off a current model Holden Caprice and had BMW badges stitched in over the Holden logo - look cool actually. Appreciate your feedback Thanks.... |

To be honest whilst my dad has these and he raves about how good they are etc etc, it's not what I would do. The leather in the BMs is so beautiful and I wouldn't want to cover it up.
You can protect the leather through regular maintenance and general care when exiting and entering the vehicle if that's what you're worried about. |

I prefer cowskin.
If it's a OEM BMW accessory, it's gonna be as overpriced as our cars. I'd stick with what you got right now

I understand what you mean with the quality of the car seat leather. My problem is that living in Perth it gets bloody hot and getting in and out of a car you tend to sweat and you stick a bit on the leather. The sheepskins are not full seat and only run a strip up the middle - they feel and look good. Would be interested to know what the OEM ones are like. Thanks |
