Unhappy Cig/ Aux power outlet not working

Hi all,

My cig lighter/ Aux power outlet at the center console is not working, I was trying to check the voltage on the socket using multimeter and sparked the probes as they touched together, which I assume to be a short circuit. I checked the fuse F46, F251 and F273 they are all fine, what could be the problem?

Attached is the fuse diagram.

North American 12V plugs are different than the European ones by 0.5mm, they often do not make good contact when used in a Euro socket. Type A North American socket are 21.0mm nominal diameter, Type B European sockets are 21.5mm nominal diameter.

I went to the dealer during my initial first service and they sorted issue out, stated there is a fuse missing lol. But they fixed it free of charge. However they did not mention which fuse box it was.

I had an issue with my 12V socket, my radar detector didn't work unless it was in a very specific position, they replaced the socket with an "updated part", my radar detector plug didn't work at all after that bc it seemed to be a shallower socket so the pins on the side didn't make contact but everything else did.
