What is this sound!?

Hey everyone I just replaced the serpentine belt, idler pulleys, and tensioner with a nice continental kit. Have also recently replaced the alternator. I have a weird noise (see video) that I have no idea what is causing it now. Tired of guessing, please help! Btw car is 2011 e90 335i mt rwd

Squeaky belt, dirty pulleys. Leave it for a few days and see what happens?
