Broken tail light

My stupid ass slipped while handling something from the trunk. Broke my left tail lights. Any estimate on cost for replacement if done by dealer?
Ughhhh, hate myself right now

They are not expensive like the fronts - around £275 gbp plus fitting.

The fittting part is where I’m worried about. I saw the lights on eBay for like 200 usd. Do they have to remove the rear bumper? I feel like if so labor is going up a lot

Replace this yourself, need to remove very little of trunk interior, to get to the bolts, then the light comes right out.

I replaced an X3 taillight assembly a couple years ago. It’s very easy. I’m guessing it’s similar on this car.

Don't take it to dealer, just DIY. Not only it costs more at dealer, it'll probably go on Carfax.

Thanks everyone for their helpful advice. Ive decided to do it myself for a few reasons. None of the dealers have parts and it’s probably good to learn how to do it.

I also recommend bmw parts hub. I’m in NJ and their shipping speed is pretty much Amazon prime fast. I get all of my oem parts from them.
