  • 19" M double spoke alloy wheels with performance tyres - style 893

Purchases so far
  • Black Model Badge

  • Bimecc 15mm Front & 20mm Rear Hubcentric Spacers

  • Zunsport Front Grill Set - Black Finish
  • WMS 4" Quad Exhaust Tips
  • Side Skirts and rear bumper colour coded BG (TBD)

I went with the seat backs because my OCD needs them to match the arm rest, even though I only see the sides of them.

Ive gone full mental break down and decided to go full CF all round as soon as I decided I needed the Black side skirts and rear bumper colour coded to BG. I saw R44 do this and it makes a massive improvement for me.

The car had been specced rear debadged (Inc. X drive) on order and the dealer is going to put my black one on for me. I'm going to fit the rest so a little apprehensive but should be ok.

I want to put Eibach lowering springs on, but I have a free extended 7 year warranty included in the deal and I'm not sure how that would work.

I will be going CF on the console trim panels when we have clarity on what BMW are doing with that

Been told to expect it Jan-Feb 2023.

Pics will be posted as I get stuff in.

If you ignore the dirty parking lot, here is what yours should look like with the 898Ms

Did you have to use Spacers with these btw? I used willtheyfit.com.com and it looks like they will need 20 & 15mm Spacers just to get back to stock fitment?

No spacers. The 898Ms are the same ET as they 791M/792M staggered sets and I wasn't worried about replicating the 893M look as it's my wife's car and she won't see the difference.

I have these values from researching the web

M240i standard 893m OLD
8.5 ET25 front 245/35
9.5 ET35 rear 255/35

M240i M Performance 898m NEW
8 ET27 front 225/40 -8mm poke
8.5 ET40 rear 255/35 -17mm poke

so im adding 20mm spacers to the front and 15mm to the rear so it will be

M240i M Performance 898m NEW WITH SPACERS
8 ET27 front 225/40 +7mm poke
8.5 ET40 rear 255/35 +3mm poke

Cool - I just didn't feel the need as they look fine to me in this application. Here's how they look from the side.

The WMS Exhaust tips seem to be unreliable getting stock so I had a brain fart and thought about putting my favourite eurostyle tips on that i have on my E46, so i got these off ebay hopefully the quality is as good as my original ones

Can you post a closer pic of your AutoID rear carbon spoiler installed? I just want to compare it to the job done on my car and see if I need to take mine to another shop to get refitted to be more flush.
