I have '06 330i with 46,xxx miles. It is gray with black interior. It has sports pkg. KBB estimates its worth about $21000 (Good Condition) through private sale. Oil and Brake System Flush was done less than 1000 miles ago.

I am looking to get E90 330i or 335i with AT (for my wife). Sport Pkg a must. I'm hoping to make an even trade. I will go with KBB value (Good) to determine its fair market value. Anyone interested in Sacramento or Bay area?
