Looking to add an amp/subwoofer to the base model sound system. G42, 2024. Non-HK Stereo.

Will be ordering the Base (Stereo) Add-a-Sub Harness for RAM audio systems from Technicpnp.com.

When selecting vehicle initially , the site lists: Base Stereo , HiFi 676 Option, and Top HiFi Option 688.

What exactly is the difference between " HiFi 676 Option, and Top HiFi Option 688 ".

I thought the G42 either had the base non-HK stereo , or the upgraded HK stereo ?

What is the " HiFi " referring to ? Just Hi fidelity ?

And to be certain , I have the " Base Stereo " ?

And is TechnicPNP the only company who makes this wiring harness ?

Would hate to spend $70 for a harness that another company sells for much less.

They sell the car around the world, not just in the US. Not all options are offered in every country. On the 2/3/4 they offer three different stereos, but only two of them are sold in the US.

"688" is the Harman Kardon system. I believe the option 676 HiFi system is the "standard" option in the US, and the "base stereo" is not available here.
