Help regarding 2009 dealer pricing

I'm purchasing a 2009 BMW 3 series sedan with the following options

JetBlack -0
Black Leatherette -0
Navigation system $2100
Automatic Transmission $1325
Power seats - $995
BMW assist - $750
USB adapter - $400

The total MSRP is $39795 what is the fair price , I should pay the dealer . How helpful is BMW assist?

not sure what model ur intersted in...328? 335? xi?
you should work from invoice up, not msrp.

invoice
328i $30730
328xi $32475
335i $36890
335xi $38640

so invoice for your options are
navi $1910
a/t $1260
pwr seats $905 frt(328 only)/ $430 rear
bmw assist $685
usb $365

add it all up and then add whatever you are comfortable to give to the dealer. ($500-$1200 is typical, but it really depends on your area)
