Yes it should. The wider rear tire will also be quite a bit shorter so it should still have plenty of room in the rear with most tires on the market. We've listed that setup on the guide for quite a while.

Why do you say the wider size is quite a bit shorter? It should be the exact same height as the front 255/35.

To clarify, it's shorter than our other rear tire recommendations like 275/35-19 which are a direct fit. This lets a wider tire still be a direct fit in most cases and of course maintains xDrive compatibility provided you run the 255/35-19 up front.

Is that pictured with the 245/40 or 255/35 on the front?

im moderately convinced that RWD variants may sit lower than xdrive variants

kinda wanted to test that theory out so i submitted a volunteer form for my car (also with the fender flares from ZTK package)

That's what I was thinking but the 255/35 is listed with the 275/35 as a RWD only option, but it's pictured on a xDrive.

Also, is the tire nearly flat and running on its sidewall?

yeah I think they did that in the beginning of this thread too (on the Brooklyn Grey SM-10) just for the sake of photoshoot, so I wouldnt be surprised if they did that again

also yeah I was thinking the same

I'd love to see pics of two different options with these wheels on an xDrive...

255/35 9" & 295/30 10"

and...

265/35 9.5" square

Correct, the same tires were used on this VS-5RS set as the SM-10s which is why I included both fitments in the post (xDrive & RWD). These sample wheels are used on the G20 3 series as well.

You’re both in luck! Black Friday cleaned out our stock of these wheels and I pushed to get Bronze added to the reorder. We won’t get more of these until February of next year, but when the restocking order comes in, Satin bronze will be an option for both 19x9 ET25 and 19x10 ET38. Color example of our Satin Bronze VS-5RS for those who haven’t seen it:

None planned at the moment. I’d like to get a few more scans in the library before we get into 18s.

That bronze looks amazing, but horrible timing. I just told my son I'd help him with a down payment on a Supra.

It's the way of the world, but we'll hopefully have them in stock for you when the time comes.

If it's one of the new MKV A90 Supras these wheels will swap directly between both cars and be a direct fit on both. Just saying...

I believe there's a Toyota cap you can snap into our wheels as well if you want than OEM+ feel...

He's in TX on leave and when he gets back to the house tonight I'll show him these; I know he's planning on a different wheel/tire setup and he's a big fan of Apex.

Yeah, I worked on our Supra offsets and widths, those cars can fit a ton of wheel and tire, 11s in the rear easily. He'd likely end up running wider wheels than your G42 but your set could certainly swap onto the Supra and be almost identical to the OE supra 19" wheel fitment.

A number of Supra customers run the G42 fitments as a winter option. It's cool to see the crossover IMO.

Finally installed the winter setup - Apex SM-10 19x9+28 with 255/35 R19 Blizzak LM005. I didn't have a chance to wash the car because the weather in Chicago has been terrible lately. We are suppose to get a snow storm this week so I will have a chance to test how the car drives in snow.

This car looks great! Mind if we share these photos on our website/socials? We'd be happy to tag your IG or provide photo credits as needed.

Glad to see these wheels being run as a winter option. Enjoy the snow!

Not currently. I don't yet have 20" VS-5RS in G2X/G42 fitments. We'll take a look at that along with 18s moving into the summer. Thanks for the IG, I'll be sure it's tagged where ever these are shared by us.

Would the Satin Bronze VS-5RS wheels you guys have coming in be able to fit the stock tires from the ZTK package? Any adjustments or would have to get different tires?
