BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
18in BMW Performance 313s in mint condition. Made by BBS. No Rash, bends, damage to any of the wheels. The only only cosmetic defect is a small approx 1cm scratch on passenger front on inner lip that happened when the monkeys at discount tire were mounting my wheels. I have a close up of this defect in pictures below, but as you can see, it is really hard to notice and once wheels are mounted it is virtually gone. Wheels are mint, I never autocrossed my car or anything crazy like that. I hand washed my car and wheels once per week. Specs on the wheels below.

Also selling with these wheels are BMS spacers with extended lugs to correct the offsets into 3 series fitment.

Wheel specs with BMS spacers (15mm front & 12mm rear)
Front 18x7.5et 34
Rear 18x8.5et 40

$1150 Shipped within US -or- $1000 Picked up in Austin, TX.

*** This is a very aggressive 1-series offsets, however, with the spacers, they will look nice and bulky on a 3 series. Thanks for looking.

PM with questions or offers.

Sorry for confusion. Are rims OEM or BBS replicas. Also, do you know if they will fit 2011 335D.

I am really interested.

Hey Bud

These are the Original OEM BMW performance wheels, which are made by BBS. The back of each rim is Stamped BBS. These WILL fit the 335D if you use the spacers that I am also selling. These are 135i offsets but with the spacers they become 3 series offsets. The spacers are BMW 15mm and 12mm, with extended bolts. I am willing to sell wheels and spacers at a good bundle price.

I know you can't PM but feel free to email with any other questions at torres@medicine.tamhsc.edu

Thanks

Just to clarify:

The CORRECTED offsets with the spacers are et34 front & et40 rear, which will fit a 3 series.

Just rims sorry, I've got another set that I'm throwing the rubber on.

Besides, I'm running 225 front 255 rear for clearance purpose and on your 3 you could potentially go wider. Thanks for looking

Note that these wheels are intended for the E82/88 1-series and that the E9X 313 wheels use a different offset. The proper offsets for the E9X are front, 18x8 ET34, and rear 18x8.5 ET37. These would be very "skinny" wheels for a 3-series.

That is correct, these wheels have E82 offsets, however, WITH the spacers the offsets are corrected to give you a nice fit for the e90/e92.

DDS2015 mentioned these would be "skinny" but clearly he doesnt know the difference between rim width and offset. To clarify, these wheels are only 1/2 inch slimmer than e90 perf 313s. Therefore they would not be 'very skinny' like this guy mentioned.

Know the difference between width and offset before you misinform others.

If you are curious about whether this will work, then you can see that it has done before, http://e89.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=528232, this guy put 1 series 313s on his z4 no problem even without the spacers.

I ran this exact setup on my e90 for several months and it looked great. If you would like to SAVE ALOT OF MONEY and 1/2 inch is not that big of a deal for you then feel free to PM me an offer. I'm willing to negotiate. Thanks for looking

This is the CORRECTED offsets if you run these exact wheels with the spacers that I am selling them with:

Front 18x7.5et 34
Rear 18x8.5et 40

Clearly you can see that the front wheel offset is the exact same with spacers as it is to 3 series 313 but only 1/2 inch slimmer, and the rear is 1/2 inch WIDER but only 3mm offset difference, which means that once mounted you would NOT be able to tell any difference.

Don't let other misinformed forum members like DDS2015 lead you to believe that these are "too skinny" for your 3 series.

PM me your offer, thanks

How am I misinforming others? If anything I'm INFORMING others that these wheels will not look right on their cars without your spacers. Even then, the recommended tire size for them is 215's in the front. Not only would it look off, but it will decrease handling and steering response. A narrower front tire will increase the tendency for the vehicle to under steer. Like I said, I'm not trying to misinform potential buyers, I'm simply pointing out they will NEED the spacers and over-inform them.

Yes that is correct, will need the spacers. Not trying to get into an argument here. Thanks for the clarification though.

And also, I am running 225 up front no problem and have ran 235 in past no problem also.

Guys just to clarify, and although everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I want to reiterate that these wheels are only 1/2 inch slimmer in front and an actual 1/2 inch wider in rear when compared to e9x perf 313s in 18in. These in fact will not look "too skinny" once mounted.

Also, my e8x 313s say "BMW Performance" on the lip, as seen in pictures, and the e9x 18inch 313s DO NOT.

These are very subtle differences between the wheels. THESE WILL FIT YOUR 3 SERIES when used with the spacers provided.

PM me for questions/offers. Thanks for looking
